Sarah Krier, MA, LPC (she/her)
Clinician (teletherapy only)
I have been a school counselor for the past six years in a middle school. Additionally, I am also trained in Imago therapy which is a type of relationship therapy designed to help conflict within relationships become opportunities for healing and growth. I am passionate about supporting clients in having greater connections in their relationships with both family and romantic partners and believe these connections help to create a more fulfilling life.
I work with couples, teens, pre-teens, and adults experiencing anxiety and depression and am I member of ASCA. When working with individuals I use a combination of solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, person centered therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I understand that finding the right therapist can be a challenging experience. Please feel free to contact me to set up a free 15 minute consultation to see if I am the right fit for you.
