The emotional struggle accompanying so many lives today is on the rise. Increased depression, anxiety, fears & phobias are swirling around a new landscape that is changing daily. The clients I see are dealing with depression, anxiety, complex grief & loss, life transitions, relationship issues, systematic racism, family issues, PTSD, trauma and a complex list of other problems. They need a safe space where they are heard and seen. My clients want to have a life that is fulfilling so they can live their purpose. We each deserve that as humans.
Options for therapy include traditional talk therapy, Art Therapy, or both. Art Therapy is used as a creative outlet combined with clinical mental health treatment to increase mindfulness & express one's inner world while developing skills to live life more effectively and fully. No artistic skill is needed.
It takes courage to reach out for help. Life is hard, however you can do hard things. Take one small step and reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.
Tressie's educational background includes a Masters of Clinical Mental Health and Art Therapy from Edinboro University, Edinboro, PA. and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Tyler, Tyler, TX.
