Amy Bryant, MA, LPC (she/her)
Clinician (Teletherapy Only) | Counselor for Adolescents & Teens | Compassionate Guide
Amy Bryant is a warm, empathetic clinician who brings deep compassion and understanding to her work with children, adolescents, and families. With a Master’s in Counseling and years of experience supporting young people in educational settings, Amy specializes in working with adolescent and teen girls navigating anxiety, perfectionism, depression, self-compassion, and school-related challenges.

Before becoming a licensed professional counselor, Amy spent six years as a professional school counselor, guiding students through both academic and emotional hurdles. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment theory—meeting each client with care, curiosity, and respect for their unique journey.

Amy uses an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities, blending talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) to create a personalized, supportive space for healing and growth. Through teletherapy, she offers a safe and accessible environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop tools for navigating life’s complexities.

Above all, Amy believes that connection is the heart of healing—and that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.
