Group Therapy

Art therapy groups can help you explore hard to process emotions such as sadness, anger, fear, or shame.

Examining them through a place of creativity can offer you insight and give you the tools you deserve to work through situations and relationships happening in your life experience.

Groups offer a place to share our stories in a space that is safe and healing. It's within this environment that one can resource and welcome in the radical gift of self love and acceptance. Groups also provide guided participation and quality social engagement, enriching our lives with like-minded community, friendship, and mentorship through times of hardship.

Our art therapy groups are billed monthly, which means you can sign up for 4 group sessions and decide monthly whether or not you want to continue. The sessions are affordable and a great way to meet like-minded people who are going through similar life lessons.
