Art Therapy for High School Teens
A weekly art therapy group for teens ages 13 to 19.

Teens today face enormous challenges—from academic stress and time management struggles to social pressures, anxiety, depression, and evolving relationships. Navigating friendships, family conflict, identity, and self-expression can feel overwhelming. That’s where art therapy comes in.
This ongoing teen art therapy group is designed specifically for high school students (ages 13–19) in Austin, TX. Led by licensed art therapists, this group uses creative expression to help teens:
- Build coping skills for anxiety and stress
- Strengthen communication and emotional regulation
- Explore identity and self-awareness through art
- Navigate peer and family relationships with more confidence
- Experience peer support in a nonjudgmental space
Each weekly session blends evidence-based techniques with creative, expressive arts—drawing, painting, collage, and more. No art experience is needed. The focus is on self-discovery, community-building, and emotional resilience.
Payment for the month will be collected / charged at the beginning of every month.
