LGBTQIA +Young Adult Art Therapy Process Group
Explore who you are—and where you're going—through art and community.

Are you a young adult and feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps?
Young adulthood is a time of major transition—graduating school, starting (or leaving) careers, exploring identity, navigating relationships, and managing independence. With all of this change, it’s common to experience anxiety, loneliness, depression, or a loss of direction.
This ongoing art therapy process group is designed to support young adults who want to explore their inner worlds, process challenges, and build emotional resilience through creativity. Whether you’re struggling with stress, burnout, self-esteem, relationship issues, or just feeling “off,” this group offers a safe, supportive space for growth.
Through guided art-making, reflection, and group dialogue, participants will:
- Express feelings that are hard to put into words
- Explore identity, purpose, and personal values
- Connect with others navigating similar challenges
- Develop coping strategies and emotional tools
- Practice mindful communication and self-compassion
You do not need to be “an artist” to benefit—just come as you are. All materials provided.
