Women's Art Therapy Grief Groups
Art therapy for women navigating grief and loss.

Grief is a journey—one that can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply personal, affecting every aspect of life. Sacred Reflections is a guided art therapy group designed for women seeking a space to transform pain into purpose, using creative expression as a pathway to healing.
Through intentional art-making, participants will explore the depths of loss, learning how to navigate a world without their loved one while uncovering the gifts that grief can offer. In this sacred space, art becomes more than an outlet—it becomes a spiritual tool, a bridge to connection, and a means of honoring memories while moving forward.
Together, we will share, create, and reflect—finding strength in community and the power of artistic expression. Whether you are processing recent loss or carrying grief from years past, you are not alone. This group offers a compassionate, creative sanctuary for self-discovery, healing, and renewal.
