Texas Flood Relief
We understand the impact that the Texas Flood has had over Central Texas with our children, friends, and families. You’re not alone. Art therapy and counseling services can help you process these experiences, build coping skills, and manage the daily stress of recovery. Below are some resources through our private practice, as well as resources from other organizations to assist you and your loved ones today.

Affordable, Sliding Scale Counseling
Individual Counseling
We have a counseling intern, Ashley Schor, who has been working in Uvalde for the past three years and brings experience in crisis support, grief, and loss. In addition, several of our Licensed Professional Counselors are offering sliding scale rates for flood victims and those in recovery from direct or indirect emotional or physical harm from the Texas floods. All clinicians have experience working with children, teens, and adults. Let's schedule a phone call to discuss your needs and explore the best option for you and your family.

Sliding scale rates are offered
from $25 - $90 per session for flood relief support.

Group Counseling
Group therapy is an effective option for Texas flood trauma survivors, offering a supportive space to share experiences, build coping skills, and reduce isolation. We offer a variety of weekly GROUPS for different ages and needs at $60 per session, providing a welcoming environment for connection, routine, and peer support.
We’re also developing free community workshops and art therapy groups. Please contact Twana@Comarts.us to be added to our interest list for updates when these groups become available.

INSURANCE PROVIDERS
We’re committed to making counseling as accessible as possible. Many of our team members accept insurance, and therapists marked with *** on our TEAMS PAGE participate in certain plans through a third-party provider. At this time, we accept Aetna, Carelon, and Cigna insurance. For clients with other providers, we’re happy to offer superbills to help you seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company. We’re also in the process of adding more insurance options, so please reach out to see if your provider is already on our expanding list.
